Join us for an evening of cultural exchange, community building, and free food and refreshments!
The Sault Community Career Centre and the City of Sault Ste. Marie’s Local Immigration Partnership are hosting a free all-ages Family Fun Day and Soccer Tournament to raise awareness for World Refugee Day.
World Refugee Day is an international day to honour refugees around the world. It celebrates the strength and courage of people forced to flee their home country to escape conflict or persecution. It’s an occasion to build empathy and understanding and to recognize their resilience in rebuilding their lives.
This event will be held on Tuesday, June 20, from 5 pm to 8 pm at the Northern Community Centre, 556 Goulais Avenue.
Everyone is welcome to attend.
