Salary: $21.00 – $25.00 per hour
Schedule: 12-hour shifts (Monday to Friday), Day/Night shifts, some weekends may apply
Additional Pay: Overtime
About the Role:
Workforce Inc. is looking to fill several Skilled Labourer positions for an industrial client in Sault Ste. Marie. The successful candidates will support supervisors with general duties such as chipping, shovelling, carrying debris/materials, and assisting masons with tools and supplies for installation.

Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain the work area clean, safe, and organized
- Execute daily work instructions received from Supervisor
- Assisting masons with tools and supplies for installation
- Chipping, shovelling, and carrying debris/materials
- Use power tools and machinery when needed
- Help with setting up and transferring temporary structures.
- Report issues with equipment or unsafe conditions.
- Attend and participate in safety meetings.
- Site cleanup and general housekeeping
- Follow all applicable site procedures.
- Other duties as required.
Key Qualifications:
- Experience in confined space work and working at heights environments an asset.
- Background in a safety-conscious environment and industrial contracting preferred.
- Must be able to communicate and take direction efficiently.
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Must be physically fit and able to lift 50-80 lbs regularly throughout the day.
- Excellent time management and hard working
- Previous industrial work in construction
- Must be able to work with minimal supervision in a team environment.
