Guided by our mission, vision, and values, we believe in the power of people, purpose, community, and partnership.
Our 2025–2028 Strategic Plan is more than a roadmap—it’s a commitment to the individuals, families, and communities we serve.
We’re focusing our efforts on three key Strategic Directions: Outstanding People, Elevating Our Operations, and Community and Partnerships.
Through Outstanding People, we’re investing in our staff—the heart of our organization—by prioritizing staff wellness, professional growth, leadership development, and a shared commitment to our values. Under Elevating Our Operations, we’re enhancing our internal systems, strengthening data-informed decision-making to improve service delivery and long-term impact, and maintaining responsible financial stewardship and long-term sustainability. And through Community and Partnerships, we’re strengthening collaboration, amplifying our brand, and ensuring clients are connected to the support networks they need to thrive.
These Priority Initiatives reflect who we are and where we’re going: a team committed to excellence, integrity, person-centred support, inclusivity, and empowerment.
Together—with our staff, clients, and partners—we’re working to build an inclusive and thriving community where everyone can reach their full potential.
Warmly,
Adam Pinder

Located in the Robinson Huron Treaty territory, we are grateful for the water, air, and food provided by these lands to nourish, heal, and protect us. We honour Obadjiwan (Batchewana First Nation) and Ketegunseebee (Garden River First Nation) as the original caretakers of these lands and acknowledge the contributions of the historic Métis Nation of Sault Ste. Marie. We recognize Indigenous peoples’ continued stewardship of the land and water. We also acknowledge the many Indigenous peoples across Turtle Island who reside on this territory. May we all, as Treaty People, live with respect on this land and live in peace and friendship with all its diverse peoples.
